Participation fee

Participation fee for authors is 70, 00 EUR or 7.000,00 RSD per paper, VAT included. Participation fee for students is 4.000,00 RSD or 40, 00 EUR, VAT included.

Participation fee for authors and co-authors who only participate in Conference program without using services of gala dinner and excursion is 4.000,00 RSD or 40, 00 EUR, VAT included.

Participation fee for participants not presenting their papers but participate in Conference program and use services of gala dinner and excursion is 4.000,00 RSD or 40, 00 EUR, VAT included.

Students who only present their papers without using services of gala dinner and excursion are exempt from the payment of the participation fee.

The participation fee includes: admission to all sessions of the SED 2014 Conference, proceedings on a CD, promotional material, cocktail, organized excursion and Gala dinner on October 3, 2014.

For the business systems which want to present their products, technologies and services, the presentation space has been provided. It will be possible to promote scientific books, technical information and other propaganda material. For the business systems presentation, the participation fee is 200, 00 EUR, VAT included.
